We are an independent professional property managing agency based in Paddington, specialising in the management of freehold and enfranchised properties and private communal gardens.

With a team of Associate RICS and TPI qualified property managers, you can be confident that you are being looked after. We work with reliable independent suppliers and we treat your money as we would treat our own - with great care.

We carry out a range of management services including:

  • Preparing budgets for annual and long-term financial management
  • Collecting service charges and arrears
  • Regular building inspections, including aerial photography
  • Scheduling and arranging repairs and maintenance
  • Management of on-site staff including butlers and porters
  • Acting on instruction to deal with insurance brokers, utilities, and other suppliers
  • Dealing with solicitors over a wide range of issues including but not exclusively sales enquiries, works licences, enfranchisement, lease extensions, incorporation and negotiations over purchase of communal space. We are also the primary point of contact for any resident enquiries
  • Advising Directors of Freehold Companies on governance and best practice
  • Administering freeholder's responsibilities for S.20 consultations
  • Out-of-hours services in case of emergency
