However, what happens after you agree a price with a buyer? Without expert handling of all parts of the transaction, the process can have many pitfalls and problems that can impede the deal.

Even if your buyer was not found through Astons London, we can manage the transaction for you to ensure the sale goes as smoothly as possible.

Once the terms of the sale have been established, we will:

  • Verify the buyer's financial position and to confirm they are in a position to proceed e.g. confirm a deposit, mortgage offer or full cash funding, reporting to you accordingly.
  • Prepare a memorandum of sale and accompanying documentation.
  • Arrange a survey visit.
  • Liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, managing agents et al, to ensure swift progress on the paperwork so that contracts can be exchanged with minimal delay.
  • Provide regular updates to all parties by email and telephone.
